In the last blog post, we talked about why stretching before and after class can benefit your game. Now it’s time to talk about Yoga for BJJ! Yoga is becoming more and more used in the BJJ community and is being recognized as a practice that helps you greatly on and off of the mats. I have had so many people at Supremacy (students, parents, friends, or family) come up to me and ask when we are going to implement a Yoga class into our curriculum because they have heard about the benefits it has on your bjj game and health in general and want to try it out.
